Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, I moved to the United States in 2005 and started my BFA in illustration at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. After two years I moved to Maryland to finish my Bachelor degree in Illustration with Book Arts concentration at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2010. Currently, I am studying towards Master of Fine Arts in Illustration Practice at MICA.
